Tell us, Malcolm, what is your ultimate goal?
There're many motivations behind my presence in King Richard III's court. I am here because I like to learn, because Richard will spend ridiculous amounts of money on fantastical weapons.
I'm also here to protect the kingdom from the Sorcerer of Arnhid, and the danger she will bring my new home.
What do you see as your greatest obstacle?
There is a part of me that hates it when people take credit for something I do. That part of me refuses to allow the Sorcerer of Arnhid to take credit for the damage done to the Kingdom of Tarsit on my behalf.
When she is out of my way… then I will finally succeed in what I set out here to do…
Pick an historical figure and compare yourself to him or her– how are you alike and different?
Theodore the Spy is a wonderful figure, though, of course, not a great motivator, as he was caught, and was assassinated by a rival spy network.
Igorivic the Natural is a great inspiration as a chemist, but he also has the downside of blowing himself up in the quest to create a stable form of nitric explosive.
Name a song that would be played in the soundtrack of your life.
Alice Cooper – Poison. If you want to know why… ask my wife.
Hard to go wrong with Mr. Cooper. And now, more about The Tyrant of Tarsit:
